Terms & Conditions ArenaPlus – The Complete Guide to Using the Platform in Malaysia

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern the relationship between you ("Member" or "User") and ArenaPlus ("Platform", "We") in your use of the website, web application and all services provided under the brand ArenaPlus. By accessing, registering for or using any part of the ArenaPlus platform, you acknowledge that you have read, understood and agreed to be bound by these Terms as well as our Privacy Policy.

These terms take effect from the date you complete your account registration and remain in force for as long as your account is active, or until terminated in accordance with the terms set out in this document. Continued use of the ArenaPlus platform following any amendment to these Terms constitutes acceptance of those amendments.

ArenaPlus reserves the right to update, amend or replace these Terms at any time with reasonable notice. Notification of changes will be displayed on the platform and/or sent via email to the registered address. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically.

To register and use the services ArenaPlus, you must fulfil all of the following conditions:

• At least 18 years old at the time of registration. ArenaPlus takes the prohibition of underage gambling seriously and reserves the right to request age verification documents at any time.
• Must be a resident of or lawfully present in Malaysia when using the platform.
• Have full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement.
• Is not on any enforced self-exclusion list from any gambling platform.
• Has never had an account closed by ArenaPlus for a prior Terms violation.

All information provided during registration must be accurate, complete and up to date. You are responsible for updating your account details should any changes occur. ArenaPlus reserves the right to request identity verification documents (KYC — Know Your Customer), including a copy of your Malaysian identity card (MyKad) and proof of address, prior to approving withdrawals or when required for compliance purposes.

You are solely responsible for all activities that take place under your ArenaPlus account. This includes all bets, transactions and communications made using your login credentials.

• Keep your username and password confidential at all times. Do not share them with anyone, including family members.
• Use a strong password — a combination of uppercase letters, lowercase letters, numbers, and symbols.
• Enable two-factor authentication (2FA) for an added layer of security.
• Log out of your account after every session, especially on shared devices.
• Contact support ArenaPlus immediately if you suspect any unauthorised access to your account.

ArenaPlus will not be held liable for any losses resulting from your failure to keep your account secure. Our platform will never ask for your password via email, live chat or any other channel. If you receive any such request, treat it as a phishing attempt and report it to us immediately.

Account ArenaPlus is for personal use only. Use of the account by any third party, including for commercial purposes or as a proxy for another individual, is strictly prohibited.

All financial transactions on ArenaPlus processed in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). Our platform supports the following payment methods for deposits and withdrawals:

Deposit Terms:

• Processing times: Diamond (30 minutes), Platinum (1 hour), Gold (2 hours), Silver (12 hours), Bronze (24 hours).
• ArenaPlus reserves the right to request KYC documents prior to approving your first withdrawal or any withdrawal that exceeds a specified limit.

ArenaPlus offers a wide range of bonuses and promotions from time to time. All offers are subject to specific terms and conditions stated alongside each offer. The following are general terms that apply to all bonuses unless otherwise stated:

• Each bonus may only be claimed once per member, unless stated otherwise as a recurring offer.
• Bonuses are non-transferable between accounts and cannot be directly exchanged for cash.
• Claiming a bonus means you agree to fulfil the wagering (rollover) requirements before any withdrawal of funds associated with that bonus is permitted.
• The wagering requirement (rollover) for each bonus is stated in that promotion's specific terms.
• ArenaPlus reserves the right to void bonuses or offers where there is evidence of misuse, manipulation or any attempt to exploit the system.

Special exception — VIP Cashback: Weekly cashback awarded through the VIP Rewards Programme ArenaPlus has no rollover requirement. Cashback funds are credited directly to your account balance every Monday and may be used or withdrawn without any additional conditions. Cashback rates range from 3% (Bronze) to 15% (Diamond), based on net losses from the previous week.

ArenaPlus reserves the right to modify, suspend or terminate any promotion at any time without prior notice. Such changes will not affect bonuses already received and currently being wagered through.

• VIP points are calculated based on total wagers placed within a rolling 30-day period, not on wins or losses.
• Points accumulation rates vary by game type, as detailed in the VIP section of the platform.
• Tier upgrades happen automatically once your points reach the threshold for the next tier.
• A tier downgrade occurs after a 7-day grace period if rolling 30-day points fall below the threshold for the current tier.
• VIP cashback is calculated based on net losses (total wagers minus winnings) from Monday to Sunday and is credited every Monday.
• VIP benefits are for the personal use of the member only and are non-transferable.
• ArenaPlus reserves the right to modify the structure, terms or benefits of the VIP Programme with 30 days' notice, except in exceptional circumstances that require immediate changes.

Platinum and Diamond VIP members with a dedicated personal account manager should reach out to them directly through the official channels provided by ArenaPlus only. ArenaPlus is not responsible for any losses arising from communications with individuals claiming to be ArenaPlus representatives through unofficial channels.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the platform ArenaPlus and may result in immediate account suspension or closure, forfeiture of all balances and bonuses, and legal action where necessary:

• Money Laundering: Use of the ArenaPlus platform to launder or conceal funds derived from illegal activities.
• Payment Fraud: Use of stolen, borrowed without authorisation, or fraudulently obtained credit cards or bank accounts.
• Multiple Accounts: Registering more than one account for yourself or others with the intent of exploiting bonuses.
• Use of Unauthorised Software: Bots, automated scripts, or any software that provides an unfair advantage over other players or the system.
• Exploitation of Errors: Exploiting technical errors, odds mistakes or known system vulnerabilities without reporting them to ArenaPlus.
• Collusion: Colluding with other players to manipulate game outcomes, particularly in poker and table games.
• Threats or Harassment: Any form of threats, harassment or abusive language directed at the support team or other players.

ArenaPlus reserves the right to suspend or close any member's account for the following reasons:

• Violation of any part of these Terms & Conditions.
• Submission of false information during registration or KYC verification.
• Failure to submit the requested identity verification documents within the stipulated timeframe.
• Activity indicative of fraud, money laundering or prohibited behaviour.
• A self-exclusion request submitted by the member themselves.
• Decisions made by ArenaPlus management at their sole discretion.

You may also close your account at any time by contacting the support team ArenaPlus. Any valid cash balance in your account (excluding bonuses that have not yet met their requirements) will be processed for withdrawal once all necessary verifications are complete.

In the event of account closure due to a Terms violation, ArenaPlus reserves the right to forfeit all balances including deposited funds and bonuses without compensation, depending on the severity of the breach and available evidence.

ArenaPlus provides the platform on a best-efforts basis to ensure ongoing availability and reliability. However, we do not guarantee that the platform will always be error-free or uninterrupted.

• ArenaPlus is not liable for any indirect, consequential, or incidental losses arising from the use of or inability to use the platform.
• ArenaPlus's maximum liability under any circumstance shall not exceed the total amount you deposited in the 30 days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
• ArenaPlus is not liable for losses arising from internet service disruptions, device failures, or other factors beyond our control.
• All games on the platform carry inherent financial risk. The decision to play is entirely your own responsibility.

Platform ArenaPlus is provided "as is". No warranty, express or implied, is made regarding its fitness for a particular purpose, the accuracy of information, or the continued availability of the platform.

ArenaPlus takes the wellbeing of all our members seriously. Betting should remain a form of entertainment and never become a source of financial or emotional distress. We provide the following tools to help you manage your activity:

• Daily/Weekly/Monthly Deposit Limit: Set a maximum limit on how much you can deposit within a given period.

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, that provision shall be severed from the Terms and all remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
